Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VantaCard's Telegram bot, Telegram mini application, website, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by [VantaCard's legal entity name] ("VantaCard," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services, and you must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or territory where use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions. The current list of restricted jurisdictions is shown inside the app.

2. Description of Services

The Services allow you to:

• Deposit supported cryptocurrencies to a balance held in your name;
• Request and manage a Visa card funded by that balance, where available;
• Withdraw your balance back to a cryptocurrency address;
• View your transaction and card activity history.

Certain features may not be available in all locations, or may require identity verification before use, as described within the Services themselves.

3. Fees

Fees for card issuance, top-ups, and withdrawals are displayed within the Services before you confirm a transaction. By confirming a transaction, you agree to the fee shown at that time.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, including anti-money laundering and sanctions laws;
• Engage in fraud, or attempt to access another user's account or funds;
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass the security of the Services;
• Use the Services for any unlawful goods, services, or activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any address or recipient you provide when depositing, withdrawing, or transferring funds. Crypto and card transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed — verify all details before confirming.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can change significantly and unpredictably. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether use of the Services is appropriate for you, and nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services depend on third parties, including Telegram (as the platform the Services run on), crypto payment processing providers, and, where applicable, card issuing partners. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of these third parties that are outside our control.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses resulting from market volatility, third-party service failures, or errors in information you provide (such as an incorrect address).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
